You agree to submit valid government-issued photo identification and such other documentation as 688jl may reasonably request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.4 — Dormant Accounts. 12.1 — The 688jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 688jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.3 — Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 688jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 — By 688jl. 688jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; PAGCOR regulatory requirement; technical or security threat; or where 688jl reasonably determines that continuation of the Account poses a risk to the Player's welfare under responsible gaming considerations.
13.2 — Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, 688jl will return the verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable security and compliance checks.
13.3 — By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 688jl's 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to completion of KYC.
14.1 — 688jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution mechanism, which 688jl is obligated to participate in as a PAGCOR licensee.
15.3 — For disputes not resolvable through the above mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
